• Care for all ages- newborns to elders
• Procedural skills and OMT welcome 
• Light call by phone 1-2 x per month. 1 weekend a year. Nurse triage.
• Slow, thoughtful on-boarding with colleague mentor,
• Same day slots allow patients to see own primary care physician.
• Epic EHR 
• Affiliated with public hospital/Level  III Trauma Center with 13 primary care clinics and full range of subspecialists.
• Minimum first year salary $245K. Higher for experience.  Signing bonus.  Moving allowance.
• Washington has NO STATE INCOME TAX.
